Big Bang's DaeSung was recently cleared by the prosecution of the car accident.
On the 29th, a detective from the prosecutors' office in the south part of SEOUL said, "DaeSung was cleared of the car accident which a dead man was involved".
An official of the Prosecutors' Office said, "DaeSung didn't keep a safe distance and he didn't watch carefully but he didn't not kill the man. Therefore, we decided to clear him."
He added,"The decision was made on the 26th. DaeSung will be informed in two or three days."
DaeSung's agency, YG Entertainment said, " We didn't receive any information. We heard the news from the prosecution's announcement."
On May 31st, DaeSung was driving his car and accidentally ran over a man who was lying in the street after an accident, and the man died.
